Sec. 4151.1531. SECURITY OF PATIENT DATA. A pharmacy benefit manager may not store or process patient data for a resident of this state in a location outside of the United States or its territories. Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 751 (H.B. 3233), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2025.
