Sec. 4151.252. APPLICATION. (a) This subchapter applies to the administration of workers' compensation insurance coverage. (b) This subchapter does not apply to an employer that does not elect under Subchapter A, Chapter 406, Labor Code, to obtain workers' compensation insurance coverage.
