Probated Suspension

Sec. 4151.303. PROBATED SUSPENSION. If the suspension of a certificate of authority is probated, the commissioner may require the holder to: (1) report regularly to the department on any matter that is the basis of the probation; or (2) limit the holder's practice to the areas prescribed by the department.
