Qualifications

Sec. 4152.052. QUALIFICATIONS. The commissioner may establish qualifications for a reinsurance intermediary license as reasonably necessary to fulfill the requirements of this chapter. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 7, eff. April 1, 2005.
