Sec. 4152.102. ACCESS TO AND MAINTENANCE OF BOOKS, BANK ACCOUNTS, AND RECORDS. (a) The commissioner is entitled to access to all books, bank accounts, and records of a reinsurance intermediary. (b) A reinsurance intermediary shall maintain books, bank accounts, and records in a form usable by the commissioner. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 7, eff. April 1, 2005.
