Sec. 4152.254. AUTHORITY FOR RETROCESSIONAL CONTRACTS OR PARTICIPATION IN REINSURANCE SYNDICATES. Binding authority for all retrocessional contracts or participation in reinsurance syndicates rests with an officer of the insurer.
