Notification of Termination of Manager's Contract

Sec. 4152.255. NOTIFICATION OF TERMINATION OF MANAGER'S CONTRACT. (a) Not later than the 30th day after the date an insurer terminates a manager's contract, the insurer shall provide written notice to the commissioner of the termination, including the reasons for termination. (b) The notice is a privileged communication and is not subject to public disclosure or admission into evidence in any proceeding. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 7, eff. April 1, 2005.
