Sec. 4152.256. APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN PERSONS TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS PROHIBITED. (a) This section does not apply to a relationship governed by Chapter 823. (b) An insurer may not appoint to the insurer's board of directors an officer, director, employee, controlling shareholder, or submanager of a manager acting for that insurer.
