Officers

Sec. 418.304. OFFICERS. (a) The chief shall serve as presiding officer of the council. (b) The council may select an assistant presiding officer and secretary from among its members. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 426 (S.B. 3), Sec. 3, eff. June 8, 2021.
