Definitions

Sec. 419.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Commission" means the Texas Commission on Fire Protection. (2) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, "volunteer fire fighter" and "volunteer fire chief" do not include a person who is also employed full-time in the fire service.
