Preemption

Sec. 4202.014. PREEMPTION. The commissioner shall suspend enforcement of any provision of this chapter that the commissioner determines to be preempted by 42 U.S.C. Section 300gg-19. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1024 (H.B. 2645), Sec. 5, eff. September 1, 2013.
