Tex. Government Code § 420A.004

Sec. 420A.004. SUNSET PROVISION. The Texas Civil Commitment Office is subject to Chapter 325 (Texas Sunset Act). Unless continued in existence as provided by that chapter, the office is abolished and this chapter expires September 1, 2027. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1201 (S.B. 166), Sec. 2, eff.
