Applicability

Sec. 424.152. APPLICABILITY. (a) This subchapter applies only to a critical infrastructure facility that is: (1) a public or private airport depicted in any current aeronautical chart published by the Federal Aviation Administration; or (2) a military installation owned or operated by or for this state or another governmental entity. (b) A critical infrastructure facility to which this subchapter applies is required to comply with the requirements of this subchapter only if the facility is awarded a grant under Section 424.154.
