Period of Transaction

Sec. 424.153. PERIOD OF TRANSACTION. An insurer must enter into a written agreement for each transaction under this subchapter, other than a dollar roll transaction. The agreement must require that the transaction terminate on or before the first anniversary of the transaction's inception. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 1, eff.
