Inclusion of Counterparty Exposure Amounts

Sec. 424.209. INCLUSION OF COUNTERPARTY EXPOSURE AMOUNTS. The insurer shall include all counterparty exposure amounts in determining compliance with the limitations of this subchapter. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
