Sec. 425.201. DEFINITION. In this subchapter, "contingency funds" means an insurer's contingency funds over and above the amount of the insurer's policy reserves. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2007.
