Definitions

Sec. 43.001. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Director" means the director of the county experiment station. (2) "Experiment station" means an agricultural experiment farm and station established under this subchapter. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1093, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1981.
