Licensing

Sec. 43.008. LICENSING. (a) The department shall issue a license to a person who has satisfied all the licensing requirements. (b) The license is valid for a period of two years from the date issued. Acts 1979, 66th Leg., p. 2369, ch. 842, art. 1, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1979.
