Sec. 43.0671. AUTHORITY TO ANNEX AREA ON REQUEST OF OWNERS. Notwithstanding Subchapter C-4 or C-5, a municipality may annex an area if each owner of land in the area requests the annexation. Added by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., 1st C.S., Ch. 6 (S.B. 6), Sec. 26, eff. December 1, 2017.
