Sec. 43.153. 118TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT. (a) The voters of the 118th Judicial District elect a district attorney. (b) The district attorney also represents the state in all criminal cases before the County Court of Glasscock County. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
