Sec. 43.173. 266TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT. The voters of the 266th Judicial District elect a district attorney who represents the state in all cases before that district court. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
