Sec. 43.174. 271ST JUDICIAL DISTRICT. The voters of the 271st Judicial District elect a district attorney who represents the state in all cases before that district court. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985. Text of section effective on January 01, 2029
