Sec. 43.407. PENALTY. A person who violates Section 43.402 of this code is guilty of a Class C Parks and Wildlife Code misdemeanor. Added by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 640, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1986. SUBCHAPTER O. CONSERVATION PERMITS
