Sec. 43.975. DEFINITION. In this subchapter, "program" means the Managed Lands Deer Program described by 31 T.A.C. Section 65.29, or a successor to that program. Added by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 426 (S.B. 733), Sec. 2, eff. June 4, 2019.
