Execution of Articles of Dissolution

Sec. 431.183. EXECUTION OF ARTICLES OF DISSOLUTION. Articles of dissolution shall be executed by: (1) the president or vice-president of the corporation and the secretary or assistant secretary of the corporation; or (2) any two members of the commission.
