Sec. 431.402. LICENSE REQUIRED. (a) A person may not engage in wholesale distribution of prescription drugs in this state unless the person holds a wholesale drug distribution license under this subchapter for each place of business. (b) A license issued under this subchapter expires on the second anniversary of the date of issuance. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 282 (H.B. 164), Sec. 3(g), eff. March 1, 2006.
