Sec. 433.082. JURISDICTION FOR VIOLATION. The district court has jurisdiction of: (1) an action to enforce and to prevent and restrain a violation of this chapter; and (2) any other case arising under this chapter. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
