Sec. 434.005. REQUIREMENTS FOR TRANSPORTATION OF BAKERY PRODUCTS. A vehicle, box, basket, or other receptacle in which bakery products are transported shall at all times be kept clean and free from dust, flies, or other contaminants. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
