Sec. 434.015. INFORMATION OF PUBLIC INTEREST. The commission shall prepare information of public interest describing the functions of the commission and the procedures for filing and for resolution by the commission of public complaints. The commission shall make the information available to the general public and appropriate state agencies. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 147, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
