Sec. 434.251. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Commission" means the Texas Veterans Commission. (2) "Institution of higher education" has the meaning assigned by Section 61.003, Education Code. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1193 (S.B. 1158), Sec. 5, eff. September 1, 2014.
