Sec. 436.111. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Certificate" means a shellfish certificate issued by the department. (2) "License" means a crabmeat processing license issued by the department. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 336, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
