Sec. 437B.055. ISSUANCE OF LICENSE. (a) The department shall issue a mobile food vendor license to an applicant who submits a complete application, pays any required fee, and meets the department's licensing requirements and whose food vending vehicle passes a health inspection. (b) A license issued under this section expires on the first anniversary of the date of issuance. Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 744 (H.B. 2844), Sec. 2, eff. July 1, 2026.
