Sec. 438.018. CRIMINAL PENALTY. (a) A person commits an offense if the person violates this subchapter. (b) An offense under this subchapter is punishable by a fine of not less than $5 or more than $100. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989. SUBCHAPTER C. FOOD SERVICE EMPLOYEES
