Sec. 438.045. AUDIT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROGRAMS. The department shall conduct a regular audit of each program accredited under this subchapter to ensure compliance with this subchapter. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
