Sec. 44.015. RIGHT OF DEPARTMENT. The department or an authorized employee of the department may take, possess, hold, transport, or propagate any game animal of this state for public purposes. Acts 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1975.
