Penalties

Sec. 440.032. PENALTIES. (a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly or intentionally violates Section 440.011 or a rule adopted under this chapter. (b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor. (c) The penalty prescribed by this section is in addition to any civil or administrative penalty or sanction otherwise imposed under Chapter 431 or other law.
