Approval of Multiple Governmental Entities

Sec. 441.016. APPROVAL OF MULTIPLE GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES. (a) If road facilities constructed, acquired, or improved by a district are to be conveyed to more than one governmental entity, each governmental entity must: (1) approve the plans for the road facilities to be conveyed to it; and (2) issue an approval statement for those road facilities. (b) The procedures in this chapter relating to approval and conveyance of a road facility to a governmental entity apply to each governmental entity to which a road facility is to be conveyed.
