Sec. 441.171. ISSUANCE OF BONDS. The board may issue and sell bonds in the name of the district to construct, acquire, or improve district road facilities as provided by this chapter. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
