Protection, Maintenance, and Storage of State Records

Sec. 441.190. PROTECTION, MAINTENANCE, AND STORAGE OF STATE RECORDS. (a) The commission may adopt rules establishing standards and procedures for the protection, maintenance, and storage of state records. (b) In the development and adoption of the rules, the commission shall pay particular attention to the maintenance and storage of archival and vital state records and may adopt rules as it considers necessary to protect them.
