Fees

Sec. 442.0051. FEES. The commission by rule may establish reasonable fees for commission purposes under this chapter, including an admission fee appropriate to a historic site under its jurisdiction. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1159 (H.B. 12), Sec. 5, eff. June 15, 2007.
