Expenditures; Limits

Sec. 442.050. EXPENDITURES; LIMITS. (a) The commission shall direct, by the terms of an agreement entered into under this subchapter, an organization's spending of state money. (b) A state employee may not directly spend or obligate an organization's money. (c) An organization may not spend state money to: (1) lobby or otherwise attempt to influence a member of the legislature; or (2) directly or indirectly attempt to influence legislation.
