Sec. 444.022. GATHERING OF INFORMATION. The commission may conduct research, investigations, and inquiries necessary to inform the commission of the development of the arts in the state. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 147, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
