Sec. 45.008. IMMUNITY WAIVED. (a) Sovereign and governmental immunity to suit are waived. (b) Notwithstanding Subsection (a), this chapter does not waive or abolish sovereign immunity to suit under the Eleventh Amendment to the United States Constitution.
