Sec. 45.315. STEPHENS COUNTY. (a) The county attorney shall represent the state in all criminal cases before the County Court of Stephens County. (b) The county attorney of Stephens County shall represent the state in all misdemeanor cases before the district court of the county. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
