Sec. 4501.052. ELIGIBILITY. (a) To be qualified to serve as a director, a person must be at least 21 years of age. (b) A voting director may not serve more than three consecutive terms. (c) At least two of the three directors appointed by: (1) the City of Palestine must reside in Anderson County; and (2) the City of Rusk must reside in Cherokee County.
