Sec. 4501.104. GENERAL PROPERTY POWERS. The authority may: (1) acquire, own, lease, operate, construct, maintain, repair, improve, or extend improvements, equipment, or any other property necessary to accomplish an authority purpose; or (2) lease or otherwise convey authority property to private parties for an authority purpose.
