Sec. 451.407. RATE DECREASE: SALES AND USE TAX. The board may: (1) decrease by order the authority's sales and use tax rate; or (2) order an election to decrease the rate. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
