Sec. 451.655. MUNICIPALITY TO FUND BOARD. The alternate municipality shall fund the board for research and planning purposes until the confirmation and tax election. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
