Executive Committee

Sec. 452.522. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE. (a) The executive committee of an authority is composed of five members. (b) Each member is appointed by the governing body of the contiguous municipality. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
