Sec. 452.525. REMOVAL OF MEMBERS. The governing body of the contiguous municipality may remove a member of the executive committee at any time for, or without, cause. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
